I've spent my life in motion. Soccer at the collegiate level. 800m sprinters' lane in state championships. CrossFit, half marathons, yoga, Reformer Pilates, Olympic weightlifting at 53kg — and a Pro card in IFBB Bikini.

I taught and coached high school track and cross country for nearly a decade. Watching teenagers find their own capability — that's where my real why was forged.

¶ 03

When I stepped away from teaching, I came back to my constant: training. Not as escape — as the place I think most clearly. That's the work I do with clients now. Build a body you trust. Build a life around it.
